Severity Wound Bonus Damage Critical Effect
1-3 Punctured Muscle The target must make a willpower saving throw against a DC equal to the attack’s damage or be sickened with pain for 1d4 rounds.
4-7 Broken Bone The target must make a willpower saving throw against a DC equal to the attack’s damage or be staggered by pain for 1 round and drop anything he is holding in the corresponding hand. He suffers a -2 penalty to use that hand for any purpose until he receives major medical attention.
8-10 Shattered Bone The target must make a willpower saving throw against a DC equal to the attack’s damage or be staggered by pain for 1d2 rounds. He drops anything he is holding in the corresponding hand, and suffers a -4 penalty to use that hand for any purpose until he receives major medical attention.
11-12 Elbow Shattered The target must make a willpower saving throw against a DC equal to the attack’s damage or be dazed by pain for 1d3 rounds. He drops anything he is holding in the corresponding hand, and cannot use that hand for anything until he has received major medical attention.
13+ Shoulder Shattered The target is dazed by pain for 1d3 rounds. He drops anything he is holding in the corresponding hand, and cannot use the affected arm for anything until he has received major medical attention.
